1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

4 Account Registration & KYC

5 Account Security

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) one hundred (₱100) per transaction, subject to payment method-specific minimums. Deposits below the stated minimum may be declined or returned.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are processed within five (5) minutes as a standard service level, available twenty-four (24) hours per day including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank InstaPay are processed within one (1) to four (4) banking hours during standard Philippine banking hours. phboss888 does not guarantee processing times but will make best efforts to meet stated service levels.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing;
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to phboss888's verification procedures;
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to satisfy basic activity requirements, unless otherwise stated;

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.2 Wagering Requirements

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Privacy & Data Protection

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by Player

You may close your phboss888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal conditions.

14.2 Termination by phboss888

phboss888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of phboss888 are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the primary regulatory body with oversight of phboss888's gaming operations.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phboss888, you agree to first contact phboss888 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process, as applicable.

16 Amendments to These Terms

phboss888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the phboss888 platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Non-material corrections and clarifications may be published without advance notice.
